Improvements to the locate request software in BC, AB, SK, and MB launch February 4, 2026! Member Readiness Check! This update alters outbound tickets sent to facility owners and locators. If you parse incoming tickets or use a ticket management system, you need to make configuration changes and adjust your system. We strongly recommend that you test your system prior to February 4 to ensure you are able to receive tickets after we go live.
